Under this category we do two different types of 360. One is against the PPF Executive Personal Qualities, and the other is against more generic competencies. Our 360’s allow detailed written feedback under each competency section. This enables easy analysis of strengths and weaknesses under each competency and is therefore a perfect tool to create a detailed personal and professional development plan.
